Lead 19 team members including OSAT strategic sourcing, RFQ/SRB etc.Develop and implement OSAT global procurement strategy aligned with companygoals, technology roadmap, and manufacturing expansion plans.Lead long-range planning and supplier agreements for supply assurance,capacity expansion, and supplier technology readiness on package and test technologiesLead multi-year, high-value commercial negotiations with OSAT partners including pricing, master service agreements, capital investment, toolingEnsure supplier compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, sustainability requirements, and regulatory obligations.Build strategic supplier partnerships and manage executive-level relationships with strategic OSAT partners.Supplier review board and One ERP
