Global Payroll Process Owner– Glasgow 

Hutcheon Mearns is supporting our client to recruit a Global Payroll Process Owner on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers hybrid working (2–3 days in the office).

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll lead the global payroll strategy, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and implementing effective payroll systems across multiple regions.

We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in global payroll implementation and development, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to influence and guide a payroll team. Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and finance functions is essential.
