As part of the global industrial footprint, High Voltage business has established a Global Process Transformation Team. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Operational Excellence & Transformation Manager to drive process optimization, system integration, and behavioral transformation across the end‑to‑end materials value chain. This role will be instrumental in guiding standardization, continuous improvement, and full system utilization across planning, procurement, logistics, and material management for manufacturing operations across our global sites.
