The role ensures the development, implementation and continuous improvement of core processes, governance and data quality across all geographies. Main responsibilities Define, develop, maintain and simplify core model processes for Customer Master Data, including customer creation, maintenance and cleanup. Document and keep current core model documentation (GOPs, Playbooks, Signavio process maps, DTPs). Lead the adoption and adherence of the core model across the organization, conducting audits and driving continuous improvement.
