Responsibilities
- Define and implement a long-term global BIM strategy to support growth and scalability across the Data Center Segment
- Lead the global digital transformation of BIM-related workflows to improve collaboration, standardization, and automation
- Establish and govern globally consistent BIM design standards, object libraries, and workflows
- Provide strategic BIM leadership and technical oversight for major global pursuits and high-value data center projects
- Review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), contractual requirements, and delivery documentation to ensure compliance and risk management
- Partner with regional Business Units to identify competency gaps and define global training requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of industry experience with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
