Job Summary

The Global Portfolio Manager is responsible for the Elementis portfolio’s across the global Coatings and PC market. Sets up long‑term strategy and positioning for the different product categories and steers the product portfolio life cycle, ensuring optimal balance between customer experience, working capital and operational efficiency. The role leads life cycle decisions (MTS/MTO/ETO, rationalization, phase‑out, production transfers) and acts as the central coordination point across Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Sustainability, and Innovation Delivery.
