Global People Operations Lead – Hybrid, ESOP

Cacheflow is seeking a People Operations Lead to design and drive the global operational infrastructure while serving as the strategic People Partner for our Brazil-based teams.

This role entails leading the People Operations strategy, creating seamless and compliant experiences for employees in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, while managing a regional team of People Ops professionals.

The right candidate will have experience in high-growth tech environments and deep knowledge of local labor laws.
