Global People & Culture Communications & Change Trainee

Almirall is seeking a Global People Talent & Culture Trainee (Communications & Change) to join the Global Talent & Culture Strategy team and contribute to initiatives shaping our People & Culture strategy. This role provides hands-on experience across communications, change management, and employee engagement in a dynamic global environment.

You’ll gain exposure to strategic priorities, work with cross-functional teams, and support campaigns, employer branding, and engagement activities.
