Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations with support from external vendors.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle payroll queries through ticketing systems and email channels.
- Manage ad hoc payroll cases including contract changes and off-cycle payments.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and tracking using Excel.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of payroll or relevant operational experience.
