Global Payroll & Equity Systems Leader

Hopper is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Payroll Systems in Argentina to lead payroll operations and equity administration for the Hopper Technology Solutions unit. You will manage a small team and oversee the entire payroll model across multiple frameworks. This role requires a strong focus on compliance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with payroll systems and equity platforms, especially in navigating multi-country operations. As an Independent Contractor, the role does not include standard employment benefits.
