Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist – EMEA & APAC

Rithum is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Specialist for EMEA and APAC to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration across multiple countries, including Spain, UK, Ireland, and Australia.

This role requires strong international payroll knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities include payroll audits, managing compliance with local regulations, and supporting employee benefit programs.
