International Payroll Advisor, based in Madrid office.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Coordinate, review and oversee the full payroll cycle for all global offices.
  
• Act as the main point of contact and provide labor and payroll support to local teams and employees.
  
• Ensure legal compliance and proper application of local labor regulations, collaborating with local payroll providers.
  
• Address and resolve queries related to payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits.
  
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and standardization of HR administration processes at a global scale.
  
• Support the smooth operation of global HR and payroll processes for all international offices and teams.
