Responsibilities
Coordinate, review and oversee the full payroll cycle for all global offices.
Act as the main point of contact and provide labor and payroll support to local teams and employees.
Ensure legal compliance and proper application of local labor regulations, collaborating with local payroll providers.
Address and resolve queries related to payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits.
Collaborate on continuous improvement and standardization of HR administration processes at a global scale.
Support the smooth operation of global HR and payroll processes for all international offices and teams.
Qualifications
Proven track record in payroll and personnel administration, preferably in multinational environments.
Advanced level English (C1) – daily working language.
