Global Order-to-Cash & Sales Support Manager

Quantum is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Support to lead the order-to-cash function from our Guadalajara office. You will drive end-to-end order management, partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations, and implement improvements to support revenue growth.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, establish metrics, and ensure accurate order processing, pricing adherence, and timely quotes.
