**About the Role**We're looking for a driven and collaborative Operations Manager to join our Groceries and Retail team within Global Marketplace.In this role, you'll work on high-impact initiatives to ensure a reliable, efficient, and seamless experience across our platform.You'll help manage supply and demand imbalances, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that create outstanding experiences for Uber customers, earners, and merchants.This is a highly cross-functional role.You'll work closely with teams across Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, Regional Operations, and collaborate with peers in other Delivery lines of business (Restaurants, Direct, Connect).
