Global Operations Leader for Growth & Impact

Boldr is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate the CEO's vision into day-to-day delivery across five geographies with a 1,000+ workforce. You will own the operating infrastructure, P&L, data, and technology stack, driving automation and governance to scale responsibly.

You will partner with the CEO, CFO and CRO to align commercial ambition with operational reality, ensuring systems readiness and cross-functional accountability across the organization.
