Global Mobility Tax - Senior Manager

We are hiring a Senior Manager to serve as a tax technical business partner for clients, providing advisory on policy, payroll, immigration, and automation across global mobility programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach internal teams, building trust and identifying development needs.
• Resolve issues that impede team effectiveness.
• Analyze complex proposals and develop actionable recommendations.
• Use multiple data sources to create solutions for business problems.
• Review and sign tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within deadlines.
• Advise clients on tax, payroll, and mobility policy, reducing tax‑related risks.
• Collaborate with finance/HR to calculate and report payroll taxes and social security contributions.
