What you will do:
The Global Mobility Manager will support company relocations for global workforce including permanent domestic and international relocations, expat assignments and immigration under the direction of the Director Benefits (US/Canada). Located in Monterrey, Mexico, this role serves as a support team member on all aspects of global relocation and immigration.
How you will do it:
- In conjunction with external mobility partner, oversee all international and US domestic relocations.
- Manage external mobility, taxation and immigration partners to ensure the company is maximizing their services and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all immigration-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners
- Advise recruitment function on work permitting and Visa options as advised by external immigration vendor.
