Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced operations manager based in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The successful candidate will drive accountability for general operations, collaborate with executive leadership, and influence change management across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of manufacturing experience and proven success in operational improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills are paramount. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering is required, with an MBA preferred.
