Job Responsibilities：
Server product NPI early involvement to identify the new, unique, different and difficult points based on the available MFG capability.
Perform the DFM in NPI phases, drive the dev team to improve the design from the quality, cost and time perspectives.
Global manufacturing process development, deployment and maintenance, to ensure the order can be completed and shipped out on time with good quality.
Technical engineering support the troubleshooting for the mass production, continuously improve the quality, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
Lead the manufacturing automation and innovation.
Develop the necessary fixtures and jigs needed for assembly
Job Requirements:
Demonstrate creative problem-solving ability and techniques
Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills. Ability to attend global calls and meetings.
