As a Global Logistics Team Leader for Global Logistics, you will lead the assigned team, performing transactional logistics activities including complex, non‑routine, and escalated cases. You will manage performance, drive process improvements, ensure metrics are sustained, and maintain expertise in end‑to‑end logistics processes. You will support training and compliance requirements, aid in service expansion, monitor work queues, provide work direction, cover backup, plan resources, and carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with SAP.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, including leadership or supervisory roles.
