Global Life Science Account Executive — Strategic Growth

JobTailor seeks a senior Global Account leader to drive transformational growth with large pharma clients in Barcelona. You will own multi-year account strategies, expand ACV, and lead a cross-functional team to win new business while maximizing retention and total account value.
