Global Learning Training Manager For Support Engineers

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Training Program Manager based in Mexico City.
This role will be responsible for delivering and administering high-quality training programs for technical and non-technical learning for Support.
You will play a key role in the training and development of the general support team.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in program management, facilitating training experiences, and using SQL and Excel.
