Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean AS seeks a Vice President for GBS People to build and lead a global People service organisation within Global Business Services. Reporting to the SVP GBS, you will shape the operating model, transition and scale Hire-to-Retire services, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery for employees and managers.

This is a global role open to candidates worldwide. You will lead a distributed team across shared service centres and local delivery roles, drive
