Opportunity

In this role, you will lead and develop the civil & structural area of expertise globally, collaborating closely with internal and external experts across the Diagnostic Engineering Function (DEF), the Pharma division, and our broader site network. Your focus will be to embed a sustainable, innovative, and end-to-end lifecycle mindset into everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Own the Expertise: Drive the global strategic approach for civil and structural design, conception, and construction across the entire lifecycle.
• Lead the Global Expert Panel: Head the Global Expert Panel for Civil & Structural, defining its operating model and maintaining a roadmap to nurture and share knowledge company-wide.
