Global L&D Coordinator: Training, Onboarding & Programs

Murex is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to manage and optimize learning operations across its Americas offices, including Chile. You will coordinate learning events, track training metrics, and collaborate with global teams to drive educational initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over 2 years of experience in HR or learning development. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, as well as a passion for innovative learning solutions.
