Global IT Support Specialist (Remote-Friendly)

Freightos is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver technical support to our global team from our Barcelona office. You’ll join a collaborative IT group focused on keeping systems running smoothly and helping colleagues thrive.

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you’ll troubleshoot across Windows and macOS, manage devices and access, and ensure secure, well-documented support across locations worldwide. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this fast-paced role.
