Global IT Support Specialist — Onsite/Remote, Training

MIKRON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 & 2 IT support for our Singapore and Shanghai offices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, managing onboarding and offboarding, and supporting devices and video conferencing. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in IT, 2-3 years of experience in IT support, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
