Global IT Help Desk Associate - Tech Support

QBE Insurance Group in Cebu City is seeking a Customer Service and Technical Support team member responsible for delivering exceptional service to users globally. You will manage incidents and requests, troubleshoot user issues, and maintain IT service management processes.
