**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**
The IS M&A Program Manager Applications plays a critical role in managing the efficient planning and execution of M&A programs across acquisitions, divestments, and Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
This role partners with Senior Management, such as Business Leaders, Business Area M&A Leads, Business Area Division IS Manager, Core Functions and Digital Leads.
