Global Inventory Control Program Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement global inventory control strategies and procedures across manufacturing and acquisition sites. Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant inventory reporting. Collaborate with auditors, support audit activities, and address findings effectively. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Identify discrepancies in inventory data and implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on inventory control processes and best practices. Prepare and present inventory reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Communicate effectively on complex and sensitive topics, including audit-related discussions, with professionalism and discretion.
