Global HRIS Excellence Lead – SAP SuccessFactors

L’Oréal is seeking a proactive HRIS professional to join its Zone HR Excellence team in Kuala Lumpur, connecting markets with SAP SuccessFactors and Global teams. You’ll drive solution and process excellence, translating HR needs into reliable HRIS solutions and running operations with rigor.

As the HRIS-savvy collaborator, you will own end-to-end HRIS design, oversee incidents and change requests, and lead training for our HRIS Support team across the Zone.
