TUI Musement is seeking an experienced HR Systems leader to define and own the strategic roadmap for HR Systems, driving innovation, automation, and data integrity across the globe.

You will lead a 3-person team, set priorities, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR Systems align with business goals. The role is hybrid, with office attendance required at one of our locations.
