Global HR Integrations Lead (Remote/Hybrid)

TMF Group seeks an Integration Consultant to join the Global HR & Payroll (HRP) Delivery Team. This client-facing role designs, implements, supports, and optimizes integrations between HCM, Payroll, and ERP systems to enable seamless data exchange across client environments.

You will collaborate with clients, onboarding teams, local offices, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions globally while ensuring country-specific requirements are met.
