Global Head, Patient Safety - Oncology Development

Novartis Basel is seeking a Development Unit Head Patient Safety – Oncology to lead the safety strategy across the oncology portfolio and ensure patient safety remains central to development decisions.

You will build and coach a global safety organization, oversee benefit-risk assessments, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance innovative medicines while engaging with health authorities.
