Galderma is seeking a Group Head of Internal Audit to lead its global internal audit function and provide independent, forward‑looking assurance to Executive Management and the Board Audit & Finance Committee.

The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for designing and delivering a risk‑based global internal audit strategy, ensuring the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal controls across Galderma’s worldwide operations. The role goes beyond traditional assurance to act as a strategic partner to leadership, identifying emerging risks, driving control maturity and providing insight during periods of transformation, growth and increased regulatory scrutiny.
