Global Fragrance Operations Leader

CPL Aromas in Cataluña, Spain, seeks a strategic Global Operations Leader to develop and implement our worldwide operations strategy. You will guide local Operations Managers to meet CPL manufacturing standards and drive efficiency, safety, and cost improvements across sites.

Lead cross-functional teams, monitor key metrics, and spearhead Industry 4.0 initiatives and automation while maintaining compliance and shaping a high-performance, collaborative culture across the manufacturing divisions.
