C.H. Robinson is seeking a proactive and customer focused professional to join our team as **Global Forwarding Agent - Air Freight.**
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness. You will oversee shipment execution, maintain daily communication, and manage reporting and email correspondence. In this role, you will take ownership of account success by delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
