Global Finance Controller

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, highly analytical, future‑focused Global Financial Controller to lead our global controlling function from our Barcelona office.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will transform financial reporting into a key commercial architecture, managing a team of approximately 10 people.

As we scale up, you will own profitability analysis, pricing models, and AI‑driven automation.

Success in the first 12 months

• Months 0–3: Own the monthly/annual consolidated closing process, evaluate the current finance transformation plan, and implement AI integration.
• Months 3–6: Design and implement an advanced country‑by‑country profitability framework and ROI metrics.
• Months 6–12: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to launch dynamic customer profitability and pricing analysis and automate at least 50% of manual reporting workflows.
