Global Fiat & Stablecoin Ops Lead

Bybit is a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving a global user base. This role leads the design, launch, and scaling of B2B fiat and investment‑related operations worldwide, including Fiat‑as‑a‑Broker, OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships.

You will collaborate with Product, Treasury, Compliance, and regional teams to build scalable, compliant, and revenue‑generating B2B business lines across LATAM, SEA, EU and other markets.
