- Pharmaceutical-related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.
- More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.
- Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
- Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.
- Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a General CRO.
- Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
