Your mission
You will drive the global design, performance, and future development of our recruiting platform. You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively shape how we attract talent worldwide.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Manage, optimize, and continuously develop the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
- Partner closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
- Plan and lead system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
- Design and implement a global recruiting process, including reporting and KPIs
- Identify and introduce innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI‑driven approaches to further optimize recruiting
