Global Expert Chemical Engineering

This role involves acting as a subject‑matter expert in Chemical Engineering as part of the Center of Excellence CAPEX. You will drive design, innovation and standardization for core manufacturing equipment, leading the expert network in Givaudan and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

Process Design

• Drive the engineering design for large capex projects
• Deliver conceptual design package and review basic and detail design
• Provide support to project teams at each phase: design, vendor selection, FAT, commissioning and start‑up
• Design and size safety equipment

Standardisation

• Accountable for standardized equipment
• Update standards to be consistent and aligned with Givaudan initiatives, programs and functional stakeholders
