Global Expansion Project Leader, People & Compliance

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager, Global Expansion to own the People side of complex moves—new entity formations, geographic growth, and M&A integrations—across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll partner with People, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Payroll to build employment infrastructure with strict deadlines and minimal disruption to affected employees.

You will turn ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder decisions into structured programs, ensuring regulatory scrutiny is met at scale.
