Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for global EOR services (Employer-of-Record) - focus on EOR operations, client service delivery and partner/ vendor management
- Manage EOR operations including client onboarding, payroll processing and checking, ongoing administration, and issue resolution
- Coordinate back-to-back contracts, service scope alignment, payment terms, funding arrangements, and follow-up on execution
- Drive close liaison between internal teams, clients, partners/ vendors to ensure a smooth service delivery experience
- Build EOR service partner/ vendor network globally and ensure subsequent partner/ vendor management
