Global Engineering Program Leader & Site SPOC

BD is seeking a Global Integrated Engineering Program Leader to manage global engineering programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence and effective project execution across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and over 5 years of program management experience.

This position acts as a liaison between the manufacturing site and the GIE organization, driving alignment with global standards and priorities, while fostering collaboration across various teams.
