Global Employment & EOR Strategy Lead

Boldr is looking for a Director, Global Employment who will lead and grow the Global Employment business, encompassing Employer of Record (EoR) and global hiring services. You will take charge of strategic and operational aspects while ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience in EoR or RPO services with a full P&L responsibility. Key skills required include excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
