Global Employee Relations Advisor AI-Driven Case Management

Perk is scaling rapidly and expanding its People function. We’re seeking a People Advisor to harness AI to improve how we manage employee relations, casework insights, and proactively support the business across regions including Europe and the US.

You’ll contribute to data-driven decisions, maintain compliant documentation, and partner with managers to ensure timely handling of ER cases while championing fair, transparent People policies.
