Global Development Medical Director, Late Oncology (Barcelona)

Location: Barcelona (on-site) Global Development Medical Director, Late Oncology As part of the Clinical Project Team (CPT) and Global Study Team (GST), this role provides clinical support for the development and implementation of late phase clinical program strategies for Astra Zeneca-sponsored products. The Global Development Medical Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor clinical trials, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across worldwide registration activities. Responsibilities include Ensuring the risk-benefit balance of clinical studies and maintaining the highest ethical and safety standards, in compliance with FDA, EMEA, ICH, GCP, and AZ SOPs. Collaborating with CPT to translate clinical strategy into study concept documents, protocols, and related materials.
