Global Customer Success Lead - Emissions Tech

DNV's Emissions Connect team seeks a motivated professional to join the customer success group in Oslo, Norway. You will onboard trial and subscription customers, guide global clients through applications, and help drive sustainable shipping practices by ensuring customers meet decarbonization regulations.

You will collect feedback, collaborate with product teams on new features, and monitor customer health while supporting inquiries through the Helpdesk.
